From the Heart School Patron Project

Ann and Isak Federman present FTH

Dr. Walter Brayman and Heather of the Barstow School
receive From the Heart from Ann and Isak Federman.

MCHE's From the Heart Patron Project kicked off at the February 6 annual meeting where classroom sets of books were presented to the Barstow School, Pembroke Hill School and the Shawnee Mission School District on behalf of donors Ann and Isak Federman, the Gerson Foundation and Karin Golden. Recipients also benefit from a DVD of Mosaic of Memories, featuring images of local Holocaust survivors and refugees originally photographed for the "Portrait 2000" exhibit.

Donors of $1,000 may designate 30 copies of From the Heart to an area middle or high school of their choice. Individual and corporate gifts are encouraged. To become a From the Heart patron or to apply as a recipient school, please call Jean Zeldin at 913-327-8191.
