This biography of Kansas City survivor and MCHE co-founder Jack Mandelbaum chronicles his experiences during the Holocaust, including his youth in Gdynia, Poland, his family's time in a small ghetto, his transfer through slave labor camps, his liberation, and ultimately, beginning his new life in the United States. The Memory Project

The Holocaust: Through Our Own Eyes
This documentary is based upon MCHE's oral testimony project that chronicles the experiences of dozens of Holocaust witnesses, beginning with their lives before World War II.  These testimonies by survivors, concentration camp liberators, and other witnesses residing in the Midwest are supplemented with archival photographs and film footage.  Compelling narrative provides an overview of the history of the Holocaust, beginning with the end of World War I.
