
This documentary is based upon MCHE's videotaped testimony project that chronicles the experiences of dozens of Holocaust witnesses, beginning with their lives before World War II. These testimonies by survivors, concentration camp liberators, and other witnesses residing in the Midwest are supplemented with archival photographs and film footage. Compelling narrative provides an overview of the history of the Holocaust, beginning with the end of World War I.
Classroom Version (38 Minutes): intended for students in grades seven through twelve as a component of a comprehensive study of the Holocaust.
Community Version (58 Minutes): intended for college students and general adult audiences.
