In conjunction with the exhibition Saving the Little Brown Monkey, the Midwest Center for Holocaust Education is pleased to offer a workshop for educators of grades 4 and up. The workshop will be taught by Beth Seldin Dotan, Director of The Institute for Holocaust Education of the Plains States Regional office of the Anti-Defamation League in Omaha, Nebraska who also curated the exhibit.

Elements of the workshop will include placing the story of the Rey's escape from Nazi occupied Europe in context and working with primary source documents.

A $10 registration fee covers light supper, workshop materials and $5 off the purchase of The Journey That Saved Curious George at the workshop on September 22.
